I am currently Simi Valley Unified School District's first-ever Elementary Visual and Performing Arts Theatre Specialist! Starting during the 2024-2025 school year, SVUSD launched their brand new Elementary Arts Program. I have been working with a team of several other arts specialists to develop a visual and performing arts program that is aligned with the California Arts Framework and Proposition 28. Our mission is to provide equitable access to Theatre, Music, Art, Digital Art, and Dance to all SVUSD students across grades TK-5, fostering a lifelong love and appreciation for the arts.
